Program I

Humanitarian Convoys

Food, clean water, hygiene kits, winter fuel and warm clothing, driven by volunteers to the towns other organisations cannot reach.

Our convoys run weekly from the Lviv hub. Each truck is loaded to a manifest built from a specific request: a village council listing 140 households, a shelter that needs 300 blankets before the first frost, a bakery that needs flour to keep feeding a town.

Program II

Medical Support

Trauma kits, tourniquets, surgical supplies, generators and hospital equipment for the clinics that never closed.

Led by a practising physician, this program works directly with hospital directors to source exactly what is missing. When the power grid was attacked, we shipped generators to maternity wards and dialysis units first. When a field clinic ran out of chest seals, they had them in four days.

Program III

Refugee & Family Care

Safe housing, legal help, counselling and schooling for families who left everything behind.

Displacement does not end at the border. We place families in vetted housing, connect them with lawyers for documents and benefits, pair children with tutors so they do not lose a school year, and fund trauma counselling for parents and children alike.

Program IV

Rebuild & Educate

Repairing schools, restoring power and water, and keeping classrooms open so a generation keeps its future.

Recovery begins while the war continues. We fund roofs, windows, shelters and power for schools in liberated areas, and we keep them staffed with supplies and heating through winter. Where we rebuild a school, we also fund its library and its Ukrainian-language programme.

How We Work

The Brotherhood method

Four steps, the same every time. It is why we can move in days and still account for everything.

Verified request

Every need is confirmed by a named local partner: a council, a hospital director, a school head. No request, no shipment.

Direct purchase

We buy in bulk from Ukrainian and Polish suppliers, supporting the local economy and cutting transit time.

Volunteer delivery

Our own drivers, our own trucks. Aid goes from our warehouse to the recipient's hands with nobody in between.

Public record

Manifest, receipts, photos and a signed hand-over are posted to the convoy page within seven days.
