Before you give
Is my donation tax-deductible?
Yes, to the extent permitted by law in your country. Donors in the United States receive a receipt by email for every gift. Donors elsewhere should check local rules; we are happy to provide any documentation you need.
How do I know my money reached Ukraine?
Each convoy has a public page with its manifest, supplier receipts, photos from loading and hand-over, and the signature of the recipient organisation. Monthly donors receive a dispatch email after every convoy they helped fund.
What percentage goes to programs?
Ninety-four percent in our most recent audited year. Our board is unpaid, our warehouse space is donated and our drivers volunteer. The remaining six percent covers coordinators in Ukraine, fuel, insurance and the annual audit.
Can I donate goods instead of money?
Yes, for specific items on our current needs list, such as generators, medical consumables and winter clothing in new condition. Please contact us first so we can confirm the item is needed and arrange collection. Cash gifts stretch further because we buy in bulk close to the point of need.
Do you work with the military?
Our programs are humanitarian: civilians, hospitals, shelters and schools. We do not purchase weapons or military equipment. Medical supplies are delivered to hospitals and clinics that treat everyone who comes through their doors.
Can I choose which program my gift supports?
Yes. Select a program at checkout or mention it in your message. Undesignated gifts go where the need is most urgent that week, which is usually the fastest way to help.
